A collaboration between Shannon, your energy expert and Tom, our Tai Chi instructor, promises to be great fun & flow on a fresh Solstice morning. Join us for some grounding, balancing, relaxing & energising! 

Wear loose comfortable clothing, flat or no shoes, bring water & please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes or heavy scents. ​

A practice for inner peace, Tai Chi Chuan(Tàijiquán) is a moving meditation and a martial art that promotes full body integration & energy flow. Calm & strengthen the mind, body & spirit, cultivate limitless power from within. Improve balance, muscle tone, flexibility, organ energy, circulation, cardiovascular health & RELAXATION. All levels welcome.
