This fresh collaboration between Shannon, your energy expert and Tom, our Tai Chi instructor, promises to be a great 3hrs of fun & flow to kick off the new moon, the new year of the horse and a new grounded, balanced, relaxed & energised you!
Wear loose comfortable clothing, flat or no shoes, bring water & please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes or heavy scents.

A practice for inner peace, Tai Chi Chuan(Tàijiquán) is a moving meditation and a martial art that promotes full body integration & energy flow. Calm & strengthen the mind, body & spirit, cultivate limitless power from within. Improve balance, muscle tone, flexibility, organ energy, circulation, cardiovascular health & RELAXATION. All levels welcome.
