A practice for inner peace, Tai Chi is a moving meditation and a martial art that promotes full body integration & energy flow. Calm & strengthen the mind, body & spirit, cultivate limitless power from within. Improve balance, muscle tone, flexibility, organ energy, circulation, cardiovascular health & RELAXATION. All levels welcome.
