A practice for inner peace, Tai Chi Chuan is a moving meditation & martial art. Calm & strengthen the mind and body. Promote full body integration & energy flow that cultivates (limitless) power from within. Improve balance, tone, strength, circulation, flexibility, cardiovascular health & relaxation.
