Service Description

Time for another balance? We can continue to address any relevant information or processes from the previous balance or look to new areas to release somaticised energy blocks within the body, mind and spirit that cause pain, tension, body system imbalance, stagnation, prolonged negative emotional states, overthinking, hormones, pathologies and self-sabotaging behaviours. By now you may be becoming familiar with the multi-disciplinary approach that is Bio-Metaphysical Kinesiology and all it’s co-factors. And love how well it is applied to get to the priorities that will release the stress, activate the inner healer, transform what no longer serves and come back into nervous system balance and regulation. I know you will continue to feel lighter, deepen the insights and feel more ease, balance and harmony within. And as always, will come away with reminders and/or new information to support your unique health and wellbeing pathways. It’s also a lot of fun when things come up that have already crossed your mind recently or you’ve already actioned something and we get to test up the best way/amount/time. And, if you are returning, I know we make a great team! I look forward to working and playing with you again. This balance is done via a video zoom* meeting. This way it is easier to show you the self-applied kinesiology corrections. Consider the space in which you will be whilst the balance is happening. Distractions, comfort, sitting and the chance to lay down if relevant, have plenty of water available and perhaps even tissues. *If you have pre-existing knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy or meridian theory or have had enough kinesiology before, then there is the option to experience this session via phone if desired
