Initial Kinesiology Consult (Online)

Service Description

This is your initial zoom consult where we still address much of what can be done in person, except here you will be guided to apply any of the hands on techniques that may come up, yourself. We will spend some time noting your details and desires, before we move into a full balance. Then we dive right in to access deeply embodied energies, allowing them to surface safely and in a supported way. The ideal balance is about releasing the stress and the somaticised energy blocks within the body, mind and spirit that cause pain, tension, body system imbalance, stagnation, prolonged negative emotional states, overthinking, hormonal and other bio-chemical imbalances and self-sabotaging behaviours. To name a few! Utilising Kinesiology, Energy Psychology, Quantum Neurology, Hormonal & Nutritional Biochemistry, TBM tools (Total Body Modification) and Intuitive Guidance, we always look for the priorities to release the stress, realign with the inner healer and come back into nervous system regulation. You will feel lighter, more at ease and will come away with reminders and/or new information to support your unique health and wellbeing pathways. This balance is done via a video zoom* meeting. This way it is easier to show you the self-applied kinesiology corrections. Consider the space in which you will be whilst the balance is happening. Distractions, comfort, sitting and the chance to lay down if relevant, have plenty of water available and perhaps even tissues. It is also of value to consider if there is something around that you know or sense is part of supporting or enhancing your process i.e. vibrational remedies or tools. *If you have pre-existing knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy or meridian theory or have had enough kinesiology before, then there is the option to experience this session via phone if desired.
